All cards are 5x7 paper greeting cards, printed on 12pt cardstock. Size cannot be adjusted.
Cards are organized by category.
Select a card by clicking on the image on your choice.
A box will open and display the inside of the card you’ve chosen.
At this point, you’ll choose whether or not to personalize your card. Click the appropriate button to proceed: “I’d like to personalize now” or “Send to me as is.”
“I’d like to personalize now” will allow you to edit your card with images and text. “Send to me as is” will add the card to your shopping cart with no personalization.
Follow all the steps above for Selecting a Card. Then, click the button for “I’d like to personalize now.”
Click on your card to begin editing.
Use the tabs in the upper left to navigate between the Front, Inside and Back of your card.
*No text can be added to the front page of your card.
Add text by simply double clicking the text box and adding your desired text. You may change the font face, size and look of the added text using the toolbar at the top of the page.
You may add pictures using the “Upload Image” button in the toolbar. You’ll be prompted to choose a file from your computer. You can drag and move your image using your mouse. Hold down the left-side button while moving your mouse.
Click the orange “Complete” button on the top right of your card when you are all done. This adds your completed card to your shopping cart.
You may now proceed to checkout or create another card.
There are several options to consider when ordering a card. You may choose to either:
1) Personalize a card, select quantity, and mail it directly to the recipient(s) of your choice
2) Choose a card, select quantity, and ship to yourself (you’ll fill out and give/mail cards to recipient(s) on your own).

During checkout, you will be asked to provide the mailing address* where you would like the card to be sent. You can even import your address book and send a card to all your contacts in one easy step (see Your Contacts section).

* If mailing internationally, choose the recipient’s country first and the box will refresh and prompt you with the required fields for that country.

*When mailing in the US, please make sure that all zip codes contain at least 5 characters.

* Use State AA/AE/AP and City APO/FPO for US military addresses.

You can also order blank cards in bulk at a discounted price. In this case, you will receive copies of your selected card with your return address printed on the envelopes, ready for addressing.
Once your card is complete, you will be prompted to log into your account. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one in order to proceed.
Once logged in to your account, there will be a list of options listed on the left sidebar.

Here you may choose to set up email reminders for upcoming occasions and birthdays. You can manually enter the information.

You choose your preferences – how far in advance to send the email, how many times to remind, etc.
To thank you for setting up reminders, you’ll receive additional discounts.
Here you can view your past creations and customizations, and if desired, reuse them for another occasion.
Here you can view all past order details, including card, quantity, destination address, cost, shipping fees, send date, transaction ID and order status.
Here you can manage your current contacts, manually add new contacts or import contacts via a CSV file.
For details on how to import addresses into your account, click the blue “import contacts” button, and a new box will appear, which contains comprehensive instructions.
We also offer an easy process to import contacts from your email.
Your profile stores your contact information. The default return address on your cards will be taken from the address you provide in this section.
At the bottom of this section, you can opt in/opt out of our email subscriptions.
Here you may logout of your account or switch user.
You can choose to have a card sent to yourself directly or sent to one or more of the contacts in your Address Book. A card mailed directly to the recipient will be sent with your return address printed on the envelope. An order sent to your home (for future mailing) will be sent with an unstamped, blank envelope.
During the checkout process, you will be given the option of when to send your card. You may send it as soon as possible or you may schedule a future delivery date.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payments are processed via PayPal to ensure security.

In your shopping cart, right below your order total, there is a box where you can enter a promo code. Click the update button after entering your code. We only accept one code per order.
Our goal is to have all orders printed and into the mail within 1 business day. Business days do not include weekends or US federal holidays. All cards have an estimated shipping date that can be viewed before ordering. Order processing time is subject to change prior to major holidays or due to inclement weather.
All cards are sent via USPS First Class Mail and are subject to their schedule and rules. TheGreetingCardShop.com cannot track or guarantee delivery of your item(s). Please allow 4-6 business days for delivery in the US and 7-10 business days for all international deliveries. Delivery times are approximate. Expedited shipping is not available at this time.
For bulk orders of blank cards, processing may take up to 3 days. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact customer support.

There are no refunds, except in the case of an incorrect, damaged or missing card. Contact support@thegreetingcardshop.com with your request.

All cards are sent via USPS First Class mail. Since this delivery method does not provide tracking information, orders cannot be tracked. Once in the mail, please allow approx. 4-6 business days for delivery within the US and 7-10 business days for all international deliveries.

All cards are 5 x 7 inches and printed using a Kodak Nexpress color press printer on 12pt cardstock. Envelopes are green with blue text. Specs cannot be modified.

Yes, but you will need to set up your account that way. Simply set your return address accordingly.

Typing foreign languages into our text boxes may cause a printing error. To bypass this error, we recommend you save your message as an image and then insert that image into your card. When the characters are contained in an image instead of a text box, there is no error.

Allowed image formats are JPG, JPEG, BMP and PNG. If the image is in the wrong format, the system will show a warning, but it will not freeze. The upload speed depends on the user’s internet speed, and it may take a long time (12-15 minutes) in the case of big images.
