Adding a message in a language which consists of special characters, into the text boxe(s) may cause a printing error.

To bypass this error, we recommend you save your message as an image and then insert that image into your card.

When the characters are contained in an image instead of a text box, there is no error.

Here’s one way to convert your text into an image?

• Type your message in Microsoft Word
• Copy and paste into an image editor such as “Paint”.
• Save the file as jpg., png. or tiff. file
