What are your delivery/shipping options?
TheGreetingCardShop.com offers a variety of delivery options to best suit your needs in terms of arrival time and cost. Here are details about the different delivery options and their prices, as well as order production/transit time. Our goal is to have all orders printed and into the mail within 1 business day. Business days do not include weekends or US federal holidays. All cards have an estimated shipping date that can be viewed before ordering. Order processing time is subject to change prior to major holidays or due to inclement weather.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges are incurred for each unique product type and vary by the quantity and product you are ordering. We price delivery in order to most accurately reflect actual transit cost, and therefore keep our product prices competitive for our customers. Delivery costs include the postage based on weight and also the cost of the packaging, order consolidation, verification, and sorting/packaging.
FREE Shipping on “Value Packaged” Products
We offer free shipping on Value Packaged products, per “address”, based on meeting the set dollar criteria. We reserve the right to change the criteria, (special promotional shipping offer), at any time, and will promote the change on the site in full disclosure.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Here’s how we estimate arrival date(s).
We add the time it takes to process and print your order (production time) to the estimated time it takes to ship your order from our facilities to your destination address (transit time). This is our basis for the estimated (“Get it between”) or (“Get it by”) date you’ll see listed in your order. We have several options to send your card to your recipient or to you when your card ships. USPS First Class Mail and are subject to USPS schedule’s and rules. We also have a FedEx option again whereby disclaimer FedEx rules and scheduling would apply.
Generally please allow 7-10 business days for delivery in the US and all international destinations. Delivery times are approximate.
For bulk orders of blank cards, processing may take up to 3 days. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact customer support.
TheGreetingCardShop.com’s delivery options focus on getting your order to you when request it. In your shopping cart, choose the delivery option with the date that best fits your needs. Dates (estimated) take into account both production and transit times, and are based on our most popular products with 2-3 day production time; some products will take longer to produce.

*”Get it” dates for Economy and Standard delivery options are estimated ranges and are not guaranteed. Although we will do our best to meet these estimates, additional time may be required due to current production levels, seasonal variances, and shipping service. If you need to guarantee delivery by a certain date, we recommend upgrading to 2 day shipping or overnight delivery (when available), as these dates are guaranteed.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes, U.S. Protectorates, and Armed Forces addresses:
Orders to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO and other U.S. armed forces addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, and other U.S. protectorates can only be placed using the Economy or Standard delivery options.
For military addresses:
- Delivery time estimates are delivery times to the military mail system. At that point, the order is out of our hands, and delivery time to the final recipient can be influenced by many factors. We are therefore unable to provide tracking or a further time estimate.
- To avoid delays, when using an APO/FPO address, use “United States” as the country, regardless of the location of the recipient.
We ship internationally to 191 countries around the world. Shipping prices depend on what is ordered, and transit time varies by country.
Unfortunately, due to U.S. Postal code regulations, we do not ship to the following countries:
- Central African Republic
- Democratic Republic of Congo
- North Korea
